I’m the heart and voice behind Jhoni LuxeGlow- a space where beauty, wellness, and faith meet for a purpose bigger than products or posts.
For nearly three decades, I’ve held the sacred space of helping women feel beautiful on the outside — first as a hairstylist and instructor, then later as a licensed minister, and certified Christian life coach and mentor.
With a B.S. in Business Management and over 13 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, I’ve also guided women through professional growth, purpose alignment, and life transitions in the workplace.
But somewhere along the journey, God stirred something deeper in me. I realized true glow doesn’t come from a jar — it’s rooted in healing, self-love, and walking in divine purpose.
I created Jhoni LuxeGlow to inspire women like you to glow up from the inside out-to reclaim your joy, take care of your mind, body, and spirit, and walk boldly in the woman of God created you to be.
I was born in Greeneville, Tennessee, and moved away when I was just 10 years old—but my roots run deep. The foundation of who I am was laid by three extraordinary women: my grandmothers, Barbara Peeler and Bernice Ripley, and my mother, Wilma Ripley. Their strength, grace, unwavering faith, and quiet sacrifices shaped the woman I’ve become. They taught me how to love deeply, pray boldly, and glow even in hard places. Their voices echo in my spirit, their prayers still cover me, and their legacy lives through every part of Jhoni LuxeGlow.
Since those early years, I’ve called Aurora, Colorado home for nearly thirty years, spent seven transformative years in Phoenix, Arizona, and now I’m rooted in North Carolina. Each place has been a chapter—filled with loss, love, healing, and becoming. And through it all, I’ve learned to shine… even in the shadows.
Whether you’re here for the glow tips, the soul care, or just a safe space to be poured into-I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s glow together.
With love & light,
Jhoni
